Who's behind this

We measure things for a living. This is the public room.

Reviews 63 is operated by Code63 Labs, a small US build shop with one house rule: verified at the source, or it doesn't get asserted.

Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local businesses. This door took us the longest to build — not because reviews are complicated, but because the industry around them is dishonest in a specific way: per-review dollar values, rating guarantees, removal promises. We wouldn't publish math we couldn't defend, so this door waited until we had a frame that measures what's real (response coverage, flow, the ask loop, the deciding audience) and refuses what isn't.

The frame came from our own data: in a live practice we measure, answered inquiries converted at three times the rate of engaged-but-unanswered ones. A review is an inquiry. The only new variable is the audience.
