The free score

Provided free, as-is. The deciding-revenue figure is an estimate of revenue FLOW from your own answers with stated assumptions — labeled as such, never a loss claim, never a guarantee, and never a per-review dollar value.

The first fix ($500)

Prepaid at booking via Stripe. Deliverable = the baseline audit of your review record (response rates and times by type, 24-month flow, first-impression walkthrough, timestamped), ONE fix from the published menu built and running, the before/after in writing with a 30-day re-pull, and a working session. One fix per purchase; the menu on the first-fix page is the scope. The build needs the access described at booking; where access isn't granted, we deliver the working configuration plus an install runbook.

Refunds

Full refund before the baseline begins. Once work starts, we complete and deliver it.

Full builds

Quoted in writing after the first fix under their own signed scope; "from $2,500" is a published floor, not a quote. All build work complies with platform review policies: no fake reviews, no gating, no incentivized reviews, no removal promises. Response templates are approved by you before use; negative-review responses get human review before posting.

Honest limits

We audit and staff review surfaces. We don't guarantee ratings, rankings, review removal, or revenue — nobody honest can — which is why before/after measurements go in writing instead of promises.

The boring rest
